- You may need a party wall award even if carrying out work within 6 metres of a neighbour's boundary.
- Building surveys are not just for when you move home. They also cover; alterations/extensions, damp or rot problems, cracking/movement defects.
- A Schedule of Condition reports the current condition of a building/structure. We recommend this be done at regular intervals to monitor your property.
- A Full Survey records current condition of the building/structure, reasons and observation why certain problems have occurred, remedial works that should be carried out.
